Are you ready to commit to yourself — to live a life of intention and fulfillment?
My role is to align your values, gifts and talents with not only how you are leading your life, but how you want to be leading your life. I assist you in identifying who you truly are, thus determining your true essence. Together, we then begin a process aligning your essence and spirit with all aspects of your life. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to investigate your true self, your spirit, and enable you to work from your most resourceful place. My philosophy is that you are the source of your own best answers, I simply facilitate the process in which you can explore and discover them. Once you are clear on what is most important to you and what fulfillment and success look like, we then together determine your action plan for you to begin meaningfully moving towards your goals and dreams.
LIVE YOUR JAM – CLARITY SESSION
This clarity session is perfect if you need a little tweak to get on the right path. You might not need a full three-month coaching package with unlimited email support and homework in between sessions.
This is for you, if:
- You’re making a decision between career paths
- You only have a short amount of time to dedicate to coaching and need to work at laser speed
- You already know your skills, core values, motivation, and fields of interest
- You need to work on some limiting beliefs and habits are getting in the way of the life you want
- You don’t know your skills, core values, motivation, and/or fields of interest but you want a ‘kick in the pants’ to get started figuring those things out.
What you’ll get:
- Homework to prepare for our coaching session
- 75 minute 1-on-1 session via video, phone, or in-person as preferred
- Post-session recap email with actionable, realistic steps to take and one last homework assignment
- Unlimited email access to me for a week after the session to send in homework and get feedback, get clarity, etc
- A 15-minute check-in call within 4 weeks from the session to see how things are going and hold you accountable to your goals
